Start tracking your ovulation after you start taking Jeehv tablets. Buy Ovulation strips from nearby medical shop & start tracking from 11th day of your period if you have regular periods with 28 to 30 days cycle.
Track every alternate day till the test comes positive. If you have early periods, start tracking from 7th day of period. Whenever you get 2 lines, it indicates that ovulation is going to happen in the next 24-48 hours.
