PCOS medcines should be consumed for minimum 6 months. In severe cases, it could be more than 6 months. Do watch this video to know the severity of your PCOS:

The Kit includes a combination of two bottles - MYRAA & VAMAA. Take 2 tablets from each bottle and take them before breakfast in the morning & take 2 tablets from each bottle at bedtime, just before going to sleep. Watch this video to know more:
